Further to the relaxing of the Government's Covid regulations, we are open and working as normal.

We are taking booking for new appointments, so please get in touch via the studio email (see contact page) and we'll be happy to help.

 

As you know, by the nature of our work we uphold the most stringent hygiene standards as a matter of course. However, due to the ongoing CV19 situation and for the general health and safety of our staff and clients we are working to our own hygiene protocol.

 

For the safety of all our clients and staff we continue to work under ‘private shop’ conditions, allowing us to control the number of people in the studio at any one time. 

All enquiries and appointment requests should be emailed to the studio (see contact page) where possible. We can accommodate walk-ins where the diary allows for them, though appoitments are always recommended. You may come to the studio if you don't have a confirmed appointment and you will be greeted by a member of staff who will be happy to help you. 

 

When you have received confirmation of an appointment we ask that you adhere to the following...

 

 • Please arrive on time for your appointment and wait to be shown in.

 • Please come to your appointment alone as we can't allow friends/family to observe or hang out.

 • Please use the PPE and sanitisation facilities available to you during you time with us.

 • Please do wear a mask.

 • Please bring any refreshments you may need during your appointment. 

 • If you have any signs of illness prior to your appointment, have been ill in the last 3 months or been in contact with anyone that has,

   are awaiting a Covid test result or in a household/bubble with anyone that is, please let us know as soon as possible so we can advise accordingly.
